Two Word Sentences

Quick update.

Geetle now has a word for approximately everything. When we read books, she’s constantly pointing at pictures and saying what it is. When we go for walks, she’s constantly pointing and saying what she’s pointing at.

Her vocabulary has probably tripled in the last couple weeks. Plus, her enunciation is getting much stronger. She’s starting to finish off the final sound in a lot of words like “phone” instead of just saying “pho.”

And in the last few days she’s starting to experiment with 2 word sentences. For example when she wants me to leave the room so she can play with BAGM, she’ll say, “Bye bye, dada.”

She has a whole slew of two word concepts. Pretty soon I’ll have two girls who talk non-stop that way girls do and a son with echolalia who out talks both of them.

Wish me luck!

D00D, sounds like you need a serious vacation. I think you named the wrong kid.

Hmm…naming the wrong kid….sounds like a for sure sign of zombie-ism to me.

I decided that I’ll leave it incorrect in the post. It reminds me of listening to my Grandma talk about her kids and stumbling through all of the other kids’ names before landing on the right one.
