Geetle is saving up fo some $99.99 Lego set she really, really wants.
She was up to $7.25 before yesterday. Yesterday her great-uncle everybody $50 to spend on Christmas presents. It’s part of a family tradition.
Later in the day, Geetle asked, “Mom, what is $7.25 plus $50?”
“$57.25″
“Oh. I was hoping it was $99.99.”
She should go out and see if she can get one of those Black Friday deals.
