We’re got back from vacation last night at about 9:45pm. As exciting as it was to get back home after a week away from the kids, it was a bummer to get back that late since they were already asleep. They were happy and huggy and ready to see their souvenirs.
We took a cruise with stops at Belize, Costa Maya, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman. We managed to climb on a Mayan temple, pet turtles, snorkel, go in a submarine, barter for cheap souvenirs, visit Hell and many other things.
The funny part about finally getting to take a vacation and leave the kids for a week is how often we found ourselves saying how much the kids would like all the stuff.
Anyway the vacation was amazing and I highly recommend Royal Caribbean if you take a cruise someday.
Now, I get to go back to work tomorrow and start getting ready for the kids’ birthday party we’re throwing this Sunday.

Welcome home! I’m ready to go, but the bank account, work schedules and school say I can’t go yet….bummer. Soon though I hope! We took the Disney cruise when our daughter was 2 and it was the bomb! We loved every piece of it and I’m very ready to do another!! Can’t believe it’s already been over 7 years since then.
