OAMC- Spaghetti Pie

OAMC- Spaghetti Pie

1 lb Spaghetti
1 lb Italian Sausage of Hamburger
2-26 oz jars Spaghetti Sauce
2 eggs
16 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 TB dried Parsley
2 C Mozzarella cheese
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese

Cook Spaghetti until just al dente, drain.
Brown meat, you may add onion or garlic if you like. Drain well.
Beat eggs, add Parsley and Ricotta Cheese.
Mix Spaghetti noodles with spaghetti sauce and meat.
Layer half the noodle/sauce mix in a a 9 x13 (or 2 8×8 ) pan, spread with ricotta mixture. Top with 1/ 1/2 cups of mozzarella.
Top with remaining spaghetti mix.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan
To freeze, cover with heavy duty foil, label and freeze.
To reheat, thaw overnight in fridge, bake 350 degrees until warm and bubbly, about 45 minutes.

Tips:
I use a disposable aluminum cake pan.
Sharpie markers write on tin foil…no need for a paper label.
