OAMC- Yummy Pork Chops

4 pork loin chops
3 TB soy sauce
3 TB ketchup
2 tsp honey

Place pork chops in freezer zip top bag. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Label and freeze. To reheat, thaw overnight and bake in baking dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Tips:
Sharpie markers write on plastic bags.
You can also pour the sauce into a separate bag and wait until baking to pour it over the pork chops. That creates a less intense flavor, as the chops do not marinate in the sauce as they thaw.
Serve with Roasted Sweet Potato slices.
