OAMC- Sweet and Sour Chicken

2-3 lb chicken pieces
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
12 oz apricot preserves
8 oz Russian salad dressing

Mix soup mix, preserves and dressing in bowl. Put chicken in large freezer bag, pour sauce over chicken. Label and Freeze. To reheat: Thaw, pour into baking dish, bake 350 degrees for 90 minutes. (less for boneless chicken)
