We have a nickname for the baby.
When Geetle and Pookie were hanging out in BeAGoodMom’s belly, we called them Oscar Lorenzo and Agador Spartacus. Long stories on both of them. After the IVF transfer but before the pregnancy test, we called them Moleman and Spidey because we wanted them to burrow and hold on.
For some reason, we never really got around to coming up with nicknames this time around. I think it might have had something to do with being careful of what we talked about with two kids around. Or maybe we were just too busy because of those two kids.
A nickname has emerged. Until we are forced to pick a real name in October and then I get around to making up a new fake name, the baby will be called Taco Supreme. Of all the food that BeAGoodMom has been craving, Taco Bell Taco Supremes seem to be the most frequent and satisfying. We’re blaming it on the baby.
The other day I was driving by a Taco Bell with the kids. Geetle shouted from the back, “The baby likes tacos.”
I’m hoping that Taco Supreme remains a big taco fan once (s)he gets on solid food. I’m pretty much always ready for a run to the border.

I used to crave Taco Bell, too, when I was pregnant with Baby Bug. Hope everything is going well!

Everything is going well so far. We have another check up on May 1st.
I craved Taco Bell this time around, btw I had a boy. Never did have a nickname for the little man either, must’ve been the three kids we already had. Never thought of it like that.
