Just a note to let you know that I highly recommend tasty Indoor S’mores.
We made some last week and they were great. Very messy, but great. You can make them in the microwave. The taste is a bit different, but doesn’t involve open flames!

Coincidentally, I also just finished reading Hershey: Milton S. Hershey’s Extraordinary Life of Wealth, Empire, and Utopian Dreams , which is a very good biography. M.S. Hershey’s first 2 candy-making businesses failed. Yet he still believed he could develop a tasty, inexpensive milk chocolate with a long shelf life (previously unknown in the USA). In fact, he built an enormous factory to produce the chocolate, before he even cracked the secret and had a recipe. After his wealth grew, he poured his money into the factory, town and school he founded. Many thought he was a fairy god-father who protected the town and its people. Others thought he was an egotistical despot who controlled his workers from cradle to grave.

Which was he? Read the book and decide for yourself. Then go make S’Mores.

We loved these as kids and I’ve shared that love with my own kids. I’m sure they’ll want to make smores’ this summer.
