Now that I am 5 months pregnant, I find myself making a certain noise a lot.

No, not that one.

I am talking about “ughphht.” That’s the grunt I make everytime I sit down, get up, roll over, lean, bend or shift. It just started last week, and I can’t seem to stop it. It sneaks out every time. I think its a bit early to be having this problem. I hope it does not get any worse; I really need to get a handle on it. If I had to live with someone who made that noise everytime they moved, I would go nuts.

Sorry BAGD.

Hee hee.

I’d forgotten all about my special pregnancy sound.

“Ooohf!”

It started as an involuntary sound I made getting into and out of bed, but by the time I delivered my son (a week late) I made this sound all the time!

So alluring!
