We have had company all week which throws the daily routine out the window. Geetle and Pookie handled it extremely well. So did the guests T-Man and Baby Belaina.
But we don’t get to settle back into our routine quite yet.
My sister and “My Mark” are getting married this weekend. Tonight we have the practice and tomorrow the big, long, crazy, sugar filled day.
Pookie is going to be the ring bearer and Geetle is going to be the flower girl. The plan is for BeAGoodMom to walk with them to make sure they both keep walking down the aisle. I’ll be walking my mom down before them.
So tuxes, shiny shoes, and fancy haircuts for everybody that has enough hair to do something with.
I have one other important function at the ceremony. When BeAGoodMom and I leave to take the kids home, I have to drive my dad’s Mustang back to his house. We’ll find out once and for all if I remember how to drive a stick shift.
I’m really hoping that the kids feed themselves and start playing with toys on their own on Sunday morning so BeAGoodMom and I can catch up on sleep.

This weekend will hopefully be nice and boring around here. Going to hang out by the pool, and maybe go to see the Red Sox while they are in town. Let us know how the drive home goes.

No big plans for the weekend for once, and that is a good thing. Have fun at the wedding and driving the Mustang.
