My Baby Is Cute

We had a few visitors today.
Geetle nearly popped from excitement.
Pookie knew her name the second he walked in the door and I actually noticed him singing a song at one point and inserting the baby’s name into the song.
Mamaw and Papaw brought Geetle and Pookie to visit at the hospital so we figured we should let them hold the baby, too.
Grandma V and Papa drove over for a visit, too.
I let BeAGoodMom hold the baby for a little while.
The baby seems to like BeAGoodMom.
Even when nobody is visiting, the baby has a special friend that likes to play with her. Geetle and Pookie made this bear the other day just for the baby.
BeAGoodMom and the baby are both doing good. The baby frequently sleeps for 3-4 hour blocks and then drinks 2 oz and then right back to sleeping. She normally multitasks by taking care of the peeing and pooping while she’s sleeping.
So far, the baby does not dance or tell jokes. She pretty much just sleeps.
The doctor’s want BeAGoodMom to stick around until Sunday when they will take out the staples. Then we should be going home early Sunday afternoon.

And the big brother and sister are pretty cute themselves. That baby is lucky to have them.

This is almost too much. Can’t wait to get back to some semblance of normalcy. And I know you both feel the same. I am just tearful over the entire story and our time with geetle and pookie. Love ya, dad

OMG! Love the pics! Did I mention you have quite an adorable baby right there? Not to mention, a totally precious big brother and big sister. You guys are so blessed! Hope BAGM has a speedy recovery, and tell her I feel for her with the staples. You guys take care.

Congrats. I can’t believe I’m so late to the party. Lots thrust on my plate lately - but I’ve thought about you and your little family several times.
