Geetle is always looking for a way to be a helper around here anymore. Today, while I was making lunch and BAGM was putting something together for dinner. The baby woke up and decided that lunch sounded like a great idea.
So Geetle helped out:

She ended up feeding the baby half of the bottle while nibbling on her own meal. She’s such a good little helper.

Oh Geetle, you are such an awesome big sister! Way to go.
when I was a little girl, just about Geetle’s age (after much begging on my part and a little wheeling and dealing on my mother’s part) I got a baby sister of my own! I LOVED helping with her, although she didn’t particularly like me (she would cry when I came into the room, probably because I was too loud). then she went and got bigger. and bigger. and bigger! and now she’s taller than me!
Does Geetle know that might happen? I’d love to know what she’d think about that… I remember being horrified when my sister was around two and the doctor predicted she’d have an inch on me (she ended up with 2, cause I didn’t quite reach my predicted height, but she did).
If anybody ever gets bigger than Geetle I’ll be shocked. She is so tall. But I remember the two tallest people in my sixth grade class were both girls and both 5′ 2″. When we graduated high school, one was 6′ 2″ and the other was still 5′ 2″.
