Keep an "opening" in your IEP, maybe with a remeet halfway through the year to see how things are going. I agree about the aides, sometimes a one on one can be a little too hands on. But if it is offered, take it, and then talk to them and lay down the ground rules. (A kinder teacher can always use an extra set of hands.) Sorry for so long a comment. Have faith in yourself.
