OAMC- Yummy Pork Chops

OAMC- Yummy Pork Chops
4 pork loin chops
3 TB soy sauce
3 TB ketchup
2 tsp honey
Place pork chops in freezer zip top bag. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Label and freeze. To reheat, thaw overnight and bake in baking dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Tips:
Sharpie markers write on plastic bags.

OAMC- Spaghetti Pie

OAMC- Spaghetti Pie
1 lb Spaghetti
1 lb Italian Sausage of Hamburger
2-26 oz jars Spaghetti Sauce
2 eggs
16 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 TB dried Parsley
2 C Mozzarella cheese
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Cook Spaghetti until just al dente, drain.
Brown meat, you may add onion or garlic if you like. Drain well.
Beat eggs, add Parsley and Ricotta Cheese.
